The Board is a progressive and committed group of volunteers who will assist with cultivation, fundraising, and stewardship of donors. This executive-level position reports directly to the President of the Board and is responsible for major and planned gift fundraising, active volunteer and staff coaching, and strategic leadership. The Executive Director will play a key role in implementing a strategic plan that grows the Foundation’s impact on alumnae and collegians.
Successful candidates must demonstrate professional skills and experience to establish, cultivate, and steward relationships with donors and constituents to build and maintain a lifelong relationship with Phi Sigma Sigma; to provide leadership in decision-making that considers current processes, potential opportunities, and future conditions; and to develop plans and performance metrics while working towards the successful completion of specific goals.
