Vanessa is an intermediate gift specialist for the Alzheimer's Association, and is a seasoned development and fundraising professional. She has significant expertise in event planning and community outreach, communications and corporate coalition building. Vanessa has served the Fraternity and Foundation in a variety of roles since 2003, including chapter key advisor, community archon and chapter finance chairman. Vanessa and her husband, Leo, live in San Diego, California with their children, Gabriel, Baker and Marylee.
Lisa Damore, Vice President

Lisa is the vice president of sales for Corporate Essentials. She is responsible for sales team leadership, development and training. Lisa coordinates all B2B business development through strategic relationships, partnerships and RFPs for new account acquisition. Lisa brings over 26 years of volunteer experience with the Fraternity to the Foundation. She has served as chapter key advisor, director of extension, leadership conference program facilitator and member of multiple committees and task forces. Lisa and her husband, Christopher, live in Monroe Township, New Jersey with their children Parker and Madison.
Melanie Boone, Secretary

Melanie is a principal owner of MTS Financial LLC, a public accounting firm founded by her family. When she is not doing tax work, she provides management and advisory services to the firm’s business clients. Melanie has served in multiple positions on Supreme Council and is a past president and treasurer of the Phi Sigma Sigma National Housing Corporation. Melanie and her family live in Sykesville, Maryland.
Jane Pinckney, Treasurer

Jane works for Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a sales enablement training specialist. She has extensive experience planning multi-million dollar events, ranging from President's Clubs to sales kickoffs to small team meetings. She is a sought after strategic partner for sales when developing and executing individual sales reps' training plans. Jane has served the Fraternity since her collegiate days as an event volunteer, is a current member of the strategic planning committee, and an RFM specialist for NPC. Jane lives in Dallas, Texas.

Brianne has worked in healthcare fundraising for over a decade, most recently serving as Director, Corporate Partnerships for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has a diverse background in fundraising, communications, and grants management. Brianne lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband, Eric, and daughter, Hannah.
Gina Kerley, Director

Gina currently serves as the vice president of advancement of St. Junipero Serra Catholic School where she has been for the past 12 years. She leads all long term fundraising, including Annual Fund, Tuition Assistance, Planned Giving, Memorial/Tribute funds and a 30 million dollar capital campaign. Gina previously served on Supreme Council for 10 years in various roles and currently serves as the NPC delegate for Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity, chairman of the Panhellenic relations committee and co-chair of the nominating and elections process task force. Gina and her husband of 31 years live in Laguna Niguel, California. They have two daughters, Samantha and Jordyn.

Wendy is a partner at Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP, a civil litigation firm with offices across the country. She is a planning commissioner for the City of La Verne and serves as a trustee for the University of La Verne. Wendy currently serves as the Fraternity's grand vice archon — finance. Wendy lives in La Verne, California.
Tiffany Ulch Mihalitsas, Director

Tiffany serves as an account executive within Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s US public sector business. She oversees all aspects of HPE’s business at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Since joining HPE in 1996, Tiffany has served internationally in a variety of sales, marketing and operations roles where she leads organizations in the areas of strategic planning, program management, business development and sales enablement. She previously served the Fraternity as Grand vice archon — finance, awards and standards chairman and chapter key advisor, and is currently an RFM Specialist for NPC. Tiffany and her husband, Vasilios, live in New Jersey with their two sons, Paul and William.
Katie Vlietstra Wonnenberg, Director

Katie is the vice president for government relations and public affairs for the National Association for Self-Employed. She leads the organization's lobbying and media efforts in Washington, D.C. She is a past president of Women in Government Relations, D.C.’s largest networking organization for women in the public policy space. Katie serves Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity as grand archon. She previously served the Fraternity as community archon, chapter key advisor and chairman of the volunteer training committee. Katie lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, David.
Barbara Glas, Legal Counsel

Barbara is an associate with the law firm of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., with experience in various areas of law including workers’ compensation, general liability, criminal defense and family law. She previously served as President of the Young Lawyers of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. Prior to her appointment as legal counsel for the Foundation, Barbara served as legal counsel to Supreme Council of Phi Sigma Sigma for eight years. She was also a member of the International Standards Board and served as its legal counsel. Barbara lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her son, Brayden.

Cheri Conca, Program Manager
Cheri manages the Foundation's programs and communications. Her past experience includes copywriting, editing, digital and print communications, database management and event logistics across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. She advocates for a local non-profit organization, and has served on the boards of community philanthropic organizations. Cheri lives in Northern Virginia.
